If you have a project that you feel has made a significant improvement, or an innovation you'd like to share with your peers, now is the time to submit an abstract to the ICWMM. Don't miss the chance to showcase your best project!
Email your Notice of Intent to submit an abstract. Include the title/topic, a brief outline (if possible), and authors’ names and contact information. Please indicate which author(s) will be presenting and if you wish to present orally on stage or as a poster presenter. We will contact authors to submit an abstract. If possible, notices of intent should be submitted by December 31, 2025.
Email your Abstract. Abstracts should describe the presentation of your paper in approximately 300 words. We will accept abstracts until the program is full but, if possible, would like abstracts submitted by the February 1, 2026 deadline.
Notices of acceptance will be emailed starting in mid-December and will continue through mid-February. Each acceptance notice will be accompanied by a presenter package, which includes important details on preparing for the event and notes your presentation style. Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference program.
Presenters must complete their registration for ICWMM by February 13, 2026 . Abstracts for which the presenter has not registered by this date will be removed from the conference program. Presenters are eligible for a 10% discount on their registration fee (not applicable to students).
Submit your paper for publication anytime. Final papers should be no longer than 25 pages. Visit our For Authors page on the Journal of Water Management Modeling site for further information.
