Detaining and Treating Stormwater Using High Flow Inverted Cone Filtration.

A new method to reduce stormwater pollution is to utilize the large volume of storm drain catch basins using inverted cone detention and filtration. As this method utilizes existing infrastructure and stops pollutants near their source, costs are controlled and performance is improved. In addition, inverted cone detention and filtration of stormwater is relatively simple in use and maintenance.
